Yes. Our renovation support service is designed for exactly that situation. We provide design guidance and help keep decisions aligned as the project progresses, whether you already have a contractor in place or are in the process of finding one.

How early in a renovation should I get in touch?

As early as possible. Getting design direction in place before construction begins helps avoid costly changes and keeps decisions from feeling rushed. We also offer consultations for homeowners who are mid-project and need guidance on selections or layout.

Do you handle both the design and the project management?

We offer several levels of service depending on what your project needs. Full-service design includes support from planning through installation, while other services focus on design direction, selections, or consultation without full project management. We will recommend the right fit when we learn more about your project.

What kinds of homes do you work on in the Cowichan Valley?

We work on a range of residential projects including heritage homes in Duncan, rural properties throughout the valley, custom new builds, and renovations of all sizes. Each project gets a design approach that fits the character of the home and how you want to live in it.

Where is Earth's Home Design located?

We have relocated to Cowichan Bay in April 2026, which is now our home base for new projects. From there we serve homeowners across the Cowichan Valley, including Duncan, Cobble Hill, Mill Bay, and surrounding communities.

How long has Earth's Home Design been working on Vancouver Island?

Vancouver Island became a primary service region for new inquiries as of April 2026. While we continue to serve Fraser Valley clients, we made Vancouver Island a dedicated focus to better support homeowners planning renovations and new builds across the Island.

What is the best way to get started?

The best first step is to request a call. We will ask about your location, the scope of your project, and your timeline so we can recommend the right service for your situation. There is no obligation, and it helps us both figure out whether we are a good fit.

When in my renovation should I reach out?

The earlier the better. Connecting before construction begins gives us the most opportunity to help you avoid costly changes and make confident decisions from the start. That said, we also offer focused consultations for homeowners who are already mid-project and need direction on selections or layout.

Do I need to be local to work with you?

No. We work with Vancouver Island clients remotely and in person depending on the scope of your project. Many of the planning, selection, and direction stages can be handled effectively without being on-site for every meeting. We will discuss the best approach when we connect.
