My process is designed to bring clarity early, so renovation decisions feel more manageable and the project can move forward with confidence. Each phase builds on the last, helping you make thoughtful decisions before they become expensive or difficult to change.

Phase 1: Understanding your home & Priorities

We begin by learning how you live, what isn’t working, what you want your home to support, and which decisions need to be made first. This helps establish priorities, budget considerations and a clear direction before design work begins.

Phase 2: Layouts & Design Direction

With a clear foundation in place, we develop layouts and design concepts that improve flow, function, and a cohesive look. For Victoria homes, this may mean balancing character with modern livability. We help you land somewhere that feels both considered and genuinely usable.

This phase focuses on:

Improving flow and functionality
Establishing a cohesive design direction
Reducing uncertainty before decisions are finalized

Phase 3: Selections & Specifications

Phase 4: Support Through Implementation

As construction moves forward, we stay available to help protect the design intent and answer design related questions as they arise.
